Service & Job Reminders are sent through the system by SMS, Email & Letter enabling you to improve access rates & customer satisfaction.
Schedule of Rates & Stock Management
Upload your schedule of rates to the system so that administrators or field operatives can easily diagnose and specify the correct works requirements for completing jobs quickly and effectively. Manage your engineer van stock and warehouse effectively with Propeller’s Stock Management system. Office administrators can view and manage engineer van stock and parts usage via a central stock management system which updates in real time as engineers use materials throughout the day.
KPI and Management Reporting
Propeller contains a host of powerful management reporting capabilities to provide deep insight into areas such as compliance, engineer performance, customer satisfaction, access rates, first time fix rates and much more.
