Is there a free trial available?

Yes, you can trial Propeller Powered for 1 month free of charge.

How does the pricing work?

Propeller is charged on a monthly subscription basis, based on your chosen Industry. Your first subscription gets you one Admin and one Engineer account. Any additional users are charged on top. Billing is by Direct Debit for the month ahead, based on the number of users.

Is there a fixed contract?

No there is no fixed contract with Propeller. You can use it for as long as you like.

How do I create a Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12)?

Just raise a Gas job at the property in question, add the appliances and carry out either a Service, Safety Check, Installation or Inspection. As long as the property is associated to a landlord, the system will create a Landlord Gas Safety Record. Otherwise it will be a Homeowner Gas Safety Record.

How do I send documents to customers?

There are various options. You can e mail them directly from your device, you can send customers a direct link to access them online, or you can e mail them directly from the website.

Can I print documents from my device?

Yes, as long as you have a mobile printer you can print them from anywhere.

Can I edit certificates after I have created them?

As many certificates are legal documents, the job results cannot be altered after completion. You can only edit some information such as the customer details or appliance details, and then rebuild the certificate. However you can reinstate a job and complete it again from scratch if necessary.

How do I add multiple engineers and administrators?

Just go to the User Manager section under the settings tab, and select ‘Add New Admin’ or ‘Add New Engineer’. After adding an engineer, make sure you activate the correct services and IDs (gas, oil etc.).
