As we celebrate our 10th year in business, we’d like to extend a special thanks to our employees, our customers, our suppliers, and all of our stakeholders who have been a part of our journey to reach this significant milestone and we are very proud to share our 10-year company timeline.
We’d also take this opportunity to look back to the beginning and to reflect on some important achievements and milestones along the way.
In November 2012 we embarked on a journey.
A journey to create.
To create software that supported our customers to implement digital systems and processes that would enable them to propel (see where the name originated) their own businesses forward and to compete in an ever-changing digital world.
To create solutions that would allow our customers to shine and deliver a superior service to their customers, backed by our technology.
To create software that was easy to use, quick to implement and cost-effective compared to our competitors.
To create a company that genuinely cared about our customers, our staff and their development.
Rick Morgan, our very first developer, is still with Propeller today as is Holdcroft Heating, our very first customer. Tina Holdcroft, Director said

A journey to innovate.
A journey to innovate and create ‘disruptive’ products that would stand us apart from our competitors by bringing talented and creative minds into our business and providing them with a supportive and inclusive environment where they have the freedom to develop innovative solutions, leveraging the latest technologies.
As we stand now with 170 customers, an ever-growing user base, and a 15 strong team of dedicated and hardworking individuals, our vision, our passion, and our drive has remained unaltered.
In our quest to innovate, Propeller has been appointed to several new frameworks within the Social Housing Sector, the Social Housing Emerging Disruptors (SHED) Framework from Procurement for Housing and the Disruptors Innovators Network from the Proptech Innovation Network where we were selected due to our commitment to the Housing sector provided leading cloud based technology platforms which aid in delivering functionality to support the Building safety bill around inspection routines for fire doors as well as all other compliance areas.
We have also formed several strategic partnerships in recent years.
With Manifest Consulting, a fantastic team of Housing IT Consultants who specialise in Property Safety and Compliance and provide our customers with a full service solution for compliance management.
With More IQ, who provide true cloud intelligent resource scheduling which when combined with Propellers true cloud Job management provide a compelling cost effective proposition for contractors and DLO’s allowing them to tap into the latest technology on the market.
In the coming years Propeller will continue to develop the products and services in its chosen sectors in its quest to “Make a difference” promoting and enforcing building safety and compliance at the same time as supporting the changes in technology we need and must make in order to combat climate change.
