When you submit an enquiry via our website

(a) When you sign up to receive our newsletter, we ask for your name and your email address.
(b) We will ask for your consent to use your name and email address to email you our newsletter which contains information about our products and other information which we feel might be of interest to you.
(c) You can withdraw your consent at any time and we will stop sending you the newsletter.
(d) Your name and email address are stored on a third-party marketing system. This system has contractually committed to providing appropriate safeguards for your personal data which means it will be protected in line with the legal requirements of GDPR.

In some cases, it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained. In such cases, we will determine the period of retention based on the following criteria:
(a) the period of retention of enquiry data will be determined based on data protection legislation.
(b) the period of retention of notification data will be determined based on data protection legislation.
You have the right to ask us to stop using your information for a period of time if you believe we are not doing so lawfully.
