An early adopter of CORGI registration, Watret is within the first 600 companies in the UK to be registered with Gas Safe.
With an impressive roster of clients in the social housing sector, Watret had outgrown their service management IT system and needed a more responsive software solution to meet all of their needs, and support fulfilment of their contractual obligations towards clients.

Within one weekend, user calls for properties on the new system were 75% lower than the properties on our old system. It may sound minor but when multiplied this benefit is worth its weight in gold.”
