Propeller Software Update – Task Management & Electrical QS Improvements
The Propeller team have been working hard on overhauling the task management module which has been substantially reworked with new features and customizations.
This release also includes Electrical QS improvements following feedback from our users which improves the ability to add and modify circuit data.
The task management interface has been reworked to enable additional features, filters, bulk tools and easier navigation.
Tasks now can be assigned:
- Due Dates
- Against Propeller entities
- To users or User Groups
User assigned tasks are notified by the dashboard, or via the Task Manager menu icon which will display the number of tasks the user has outstanding.
Priorities can have customized deadlines and naming schemes, along with an assignable ‘traffic light’ colour scheme.
Subjects can be pre-populated for users to select from dependant on the Property or Visit type, as well as being free-type.
Tasks can now be assigned to Propeller entities.
Users can create tasks through the task manager, or on the relevant Property, Visit or Job page via a new ‘Add Task’ button.
Any outstanding tasks against that Property are shown as outstanding tasks and viewable on that page.
Guides: A full task management guide is available for Propeller subscribers.
