Propeller has enhanced its cloud-based job management software with two-way text messaging, helping contractors to improve customer communication, reduce missed appointments, and boost productivity.

The technology enables contractors to send bulk SMS reminders for servicing and repairs using filters to target appointments due within any timeframe, including next day. Tenants can respond with a ‘keep’ or ‘change’ message, to automatically confirm appointments, or notify where appointments need to be rescheduled. The feature also allows engineers to send branded ‘on-way’ texts, which tenants can reply to if needed.
