Carr will lead a growing team of 11 in the development of cloud-based software solutions for the housing sector, notably work management and compliance.

With over a decade of experience in the housing sector developing tech solutions including CRM Document Management and mobile working, Carr was previously Operations Director at Manifest Software Solutions.

Carr will continue to work closely with housing associations and local authorities on solutions to manage, monitor, plan and report on compliance. Propeller also provides solutions to mechanical and electrical engineering contractors for workforce management tools, and is an approved partner of the APHC.

Propeller’s first new release under Carr’s leadership is PROP-FS, an app and dashboard for full fire safety management developed to help social landlords, and the private contractors they work with, to respond to the additional requirements outlined in the draft Building Safety Bill.
