We’re growing! Last month, we welcomed three new faces to Propeller, each bringing fresh skills and energy to different parts of the business — from engineering to finance to marketing .

Ray Pike — Platform Engineer

Ray Pike joins Propeller as a Platform Engineer, tasked with helping us scale and strengthen the infrastructure behind our platform. He brings with him 10 years of experience working with cloud platforms and 20 years of experience in systems and IT — a wealth of technical knowledge that will be invaluable as we continue to grow.

Speaking about his new role, Ray said he’s looking forward to “the technical challenges and helping Propeller to have the capacity to grow.”

Something about Ray is that he has two cats named Daisy and Leo, who were rescued from a bus station and don’t know how to meow.

Danielle Naylor — Finance Administrator

Our second new starter is Danielle Naylor, who joins as our Finance Administrator. Danielle brings experience in bookkeeping and payroll, and will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our day-to-day financial operations.

Reflecting on her new role, Danielle said she’s “looking forward to working as part of the team and learning more about Propeller.”

Outside of work, Danielle loves getting creative with homemade crafts and plays on a netball team.

Lauren Jones — Apprentice Marketing Coordinator

Joining us straight from college, Lauren Jones steps into the role of Apprentice Marketing Coordinator. Having completed her A-Levels, Lauren will now work closely with our marketing team to support the creation of campaigns, events, and social media content — all while working towards a Digital Marketing Professional degree alongside her role.

Lauren said she’s “excited to learn new skills and gain hands-on experience in marketing.”

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys dancing and taking part in productions of amateur musicals.

Ray, Lauren, and Danielle each bring something different to the table, and we’re excited to see the impact they’ll make.
