Propeller Powered is in the running to be named Best Supplier to the Social Housing Sector at the ASCP Safety and Compliance Awards 2024.

The annual event, organised by the Association of Safety and Compliance Professionals, celebrates the achievements of individuals and organisations working in the social housing and facilities management sectors.

Finalists in the Best Supplier to the Social Housing Sector category have been recognised for going above and beyond to deliver an impeccable service and find new ways to meet customers’ expectations.

As a true Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) vendor focusing solely on the housing sector, Propeller is transforming compliance management for social landlords and their contractors. The cloud-based technology streamlines compliance across all areas and enables day-to-day repairs to be managed using a single solution.

Tailored to clients’ needs, the software is also being used by housing providers to help meet the Fire Safety (England) Regulations, and to support improvements required by the Regulator of Social Housing.

To date, 100 per cent of projects have been completed on time and budget. The strength of this service and Propeller’s technology has seen its client base more than triple over the past 12 months.

Dave Carr, Managing Director of Propeller, said: “Thanks to ongoing investment in cloud-based technology, we’ve continuously improved our service to meet the housing sector’s changing needs. New and evolving regulation makes compliance and workforce management particularly challenging for housing providers.  Our software is specifically designed to address that issue head on, generating tangible results.

“We’re proud that our successes and track record have been recognised by the ASCP and look forward to celebrating with the other finalists.”

The winners will be announced on 12 June 2024 at Celtic Manor. The black-tie event will once again welcome more than 500 guests.
