Propeller Powered has been named a finalist in the SME of the Year category at the Northern Housing Awards 2024.
Launched in 2018, the event shines a light on the organisations and individuals who make it their mission to improve homes and communities across the north. The SME of the Year finalists have been recognised for going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and quality.
As the only true Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) supplier focusing on the social housing sector and its contractors, Propeller is transforming compliance and workforce management. The strength of the company’s technology and service has seen its client base triple in the past year and all projects complete on time and budget. Propeller’s commitment to customer service is also reflected in its response to support requests with 98% resolved the same day, and 89% at point of contact.
Dave Carr, managing director of Propeller, said: “To be shortlisted at the Northern Housing Awards is a great achievement, which is testament to the skills and dedication of everyone in our team. Although we’re only a small business with 17 employees, this doesn’t stop us achieving great results for our housing clients.
“Our focus is on ensuring social landlords and their contractors benefit from cost-effective technology that can be implemented in a matter of weeks and is very easy to use. This enables them to quickly increase productivity, maintain safer homes, achieve housing safety compliance and respond to evolving regulations.”
The winners of the Northern Housing Awards will be announced on 23 May 2024 at a gala dinner in Manchester which is expected to attract more than 700 guests.
