Continuing its expansion, Propeller has appointed Ian Hippach as commercial director.

With more than 20 years’ experience of the social housing sector, Ian’s career has seen him lead a software services business and work in operational consultancy. He joins Propeller from Arun District Council where he was interim compliance manager and helped the organisation to embed improved polices and processes.

In his new role, Ian will be responsible for driving business growth with a focus on enhancing commercial operations and strengthening client relationships.

Speaking about his appointment, Ian said: “Propeller has reached a pivotal stage where we want to capitalise on recent successes and expand the business, particularly among our existing clients.

“From marketing through to sales strategies and reporting, I’ll be refining key processes to enhance communication, new business development, and how we meet our clients’ changing needs. This will put us in a strong position for sustainable growth while ensuring our products, services and values continue to align with our target markets.”
