Propeller’s vital contribution to the social housing sector has been recognised at the ASCP Safety & Compliance Awards 2025.
The event saw Propeller Highly Commended in the Best SME Supplier to the Social Housing Sector category. The ability to adapt to clients’ changing needs, consistently provide exceptional customer service, and address complex challenges were just some of the factors behind the achievement.
Propeller narrowly missed out on the top spot to one of its clients – Ashley & McDonough Compliance Services. The M&E specialist uses Propeller’s cloud-based workforce management software to streamline its activities, maximising efficiency.
Dave Carr, Managing Director of Propeller, said: “It takes time to establish a software company and even longer to gain the social housing sector’s trust. Achieving this accolade proves we’re on the right track.
“Propeller is a small team that’s striving to make a big difference in software development and delivery. With a focus on innovation and exceptional service, we’ve become a trusted partner for social landlords and their contractors. Together, we’re delivering solutions that prioritise value for money, speed and quality, improving tenant safety, streamlining maintenance and helping to meet legislative requirements. To be highly commended for our approach, alongside organisations we support and admire, is a fantastic achievement.
“Thanks to everyone at ASCP for such a brilliant evening and to all our customers and partners who make our work possible.”
Organised by the Association of Safety and Compliance Professionals, the annual Safety & Compliance Awards celebrate the achievements of inspirational organisations and individuals working in social housing and facilities management.
The Best SME Supplier to the Social Housing Sector category was introduced this year to recognise the critical role of smaller suppliers.
The winners were announced on 15 May 2025 at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Newport, South Wales.
