Propeller has welcomed three new team members as it continues to grow in response to rising demand for its cloud-based workforce management and compliance software.
Alan Evans joins as Development Manager, Josh Carr as Customer Success Manager, and Aaron Boam as a Software Support Technician.


With more than 20 years’ experience, Alan is a specialist in agile leadership and coaching. Throughout his career, he has led transformation initiatives for leading brands including Jaguar Land Rover, Randstad, and Sainsbury’s. In his new role, Alan will be responsible for the development team’s performance, continuously improving processes and removing delivery bottlenecks.
He said: “Propeller is the sort of company where everyone wants to do the right thing and fully embrace change, and I could see that from the get-go. It’s very motivational to work for a business that wants to continuously improve for its customers. A key part of my role will be to harness that energy by coaching the team on agile practices, strategically managing our capacity to meet delivery goals, and refining workflows to overcome any obstacles.”
With a background in healthcare technology, spanning both support and commercial roles, Josh Carr will be helping customers to gain maximum value from Propeller’s software.

Aaron Boam began his technology career in 2018 as a software development apprentice, before moving into a support technician role. At Propeller, his focus is on customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues efficiently, and ensuring support tickets are well managed.
