This update combines two February releases into one set of notes. It focuses on making comms, documents, scheduling and invoicing a bit smoother day to day, with a big chunk of improvements coming straight from client feedback.

Scheduling and planning
· Tag filtering added to the wall planner unscheduled visits panel, so teams can triage work faster
Jobs, visits and property data
· Added an alternative reference to the View All Jobs report
· Extra fields added for Additional Contacts on properties
· New setting to automatically copy a job’s Custom Reference onto the visit
Admin API and integrations
· SOR volume code support added to Create Job endpoints

· Job spanner menu now includes the missing Landlord and Tenant selection and quota dialogue
· Duplicate letter warning now shows correctly for property check service reminders when sending via Postworks
· Wall planner drag and drop no longer causes unscheduled visits to fail to load
· Service name is now included in automated missed visit SMS messages
· Invoice decimal handling improved
